Refund Policy
1. About refund policy
Return/Exchange is only possible if the product reaches you fully damaged. Any other reasons for the return or exchange of the product will not be taken in by the company.
*Damaged Products*
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. To initiate the refund process, you must provide us with:
-- A clear video of the parcel being opened, showing the damage to the product.
-- Photos of the damaged product from multiple angles.
-- A detailed description of the damage.
*Refund Process*
Once we receive the required documentation, we will review your claim and initiate the refund process within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued in the original payment method.
*Conditions for Refund*
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
-- The product must be damaged and reported to us within 2 days of delivery.
-- The customer must provide a clear video of the parcel being opened, showing the damage to the product.
-- The product must not have been used or altered in any way.
2. Cancellation policy
pearlsjewelry.in reserves the right to cancel an order without cause if the request is not complied with. The company will ensure timely notice of order cancellation or applicable refund. If the customer partially cancels when the total cart value is less than the free shipping amount, pearlsjewelry.in reserves the right to charge his/her Rs.99/- shipping fee.
3. Using Cashback and Promo Codes/Coupons
Cashback promo codes may not apply to all products on the site.
Special Coupons must be redeemed within the time period and cannot be extended after expiration.
Two offers cannot be combined with a promo code. pearlsjewelry.in reserves the right to cancel promotional codes and transactions in which they have been used. (This does not apply to cashback promo codes)
Offers cannot be claimed at pearlsjewelry.in with a combination of cashback and promo code coupons. This means that cashback cannot be generated when the promo code is used in an offer.
Cashback amounts are subject to change at pearlsjewelry.in sole discretion.

The product image is an image. The actual product may differ from the image. Please refer to the product specifications for the product
5. Shipping Information
At Pearls Jewelry, we understand how important it is for you to receive your purchase in top condition and on time. That’s why we use a large network of couriers to get your products to you as quickly as possible.
-- Depending on your location, your item will be delivered within 7-15 business days once it leaves our warehouse. All items are free shipping with a minimum order. A non-refundable handling fee of Rs. 99/- applies to all orders under Rs. 999/-.
-- In case of partial cancellation by the customer, pearlsjewelry.in reserves the right to charge shipping at Rs.99/-.
If an order is cancelled or lost in transit, the entire order amount including shipping costs will be refunded.
COD policy
-- Cash on delivery service is not available.
